What are the upgrades of smart helmets compared with ordinary helmets

What are the upgrades of smart helmets compared with traditional helmets? To be precise, the smart helmet is a high-tech upgrade of the traditional helmet.
The common safety helmet only has a single function to protect the head safety of personnel. In order to meet the diverse needs of the construction site and other sites, the intelligent safety helmet includes not only the basic components such as the cap shell, the cap liner, the jaw belt, but also the intelligent electronic module, which has the core functions such as attendance, rescue, voice and video intercom, and monitoring the physical condition, and cooperates with the back-end intelligent site management platform.
Improve the efficiency and management level of enterprises.

1. Beware of the impact of sudden flying objects on the head;

2. Beware of head injury when falling from a height of more than 2m-3m;

3. Beware of electric shock to the head;

4. Beware of head injuries when chemicals and high-temperature liquids are poured from the top;

5. Beware of hair being rolled into the machine;

6. Beware of head exposure to dust.

Function of smart helmet

1. Anti-falling, anti-smashing, anti-collision

2. GPS Beidou positioning system, positioning at any time

3. Set up electronic fence to limit the movement area to avoid entering the dangerous area and approaching the alarm

4. One-button SOS can call for rescue in case of safety accident

5. The background control of the system can remotely and real-time view the equipment status of the staff wearing helmets, open the staff camera to remotely and real-time view the progress, or remotely assist the staff in technical development

6. With intercom, radio call, and night vision lighting, it can directly access the voice communication of helmeted personnel in the current complex environment, or collective call to assign tasks for meetings, etc

7. Video record storage, convenient for subsequent discussion and verification of project quality and progress The traditional safety helmet is completely incomparable with the intelligent safety helmet. The modern era is information and networking. Safety and efficiency are the top priority. The intelligent safety helmet is the best equipment for engineering infrastructure and fire protection.
