The difference between offline body worn camera and 4G5G on line body worn camera

The difference between offline body worn camera and 4G/5G on line body worn camera.

What is offline body worn camera?

Usually when a body worn camera does not have Wifi/Bluetooth, it can be called offline body worn camera.

But as a body worn camera desinger and focused on body worn camera business more than 10 years marketing persion, in my opinion, if a body worn camera can not be located at any places and monitored by long distance（for example:monitor by another city, even more longer distance) which should be offline body worn camera.

Relatively speaking, 4G/5G body worn camera is real on line body worn camera which can realize video monitor by 4G/5G no limit of space and time.
