1)SIP- is it 2way audio communication?

Ella AS: It is ok, our 4G body worn camera D01 and 5G body worn camera k9 support 2 way audio communication.

2)RTLS- can you integrate the GPS location of the device to Geographic Smart Map?

Ella AS: Our platform support GPS to integrate overseas map, most time customer asked Google map, if you need to integrate into others just let me know which map you expected. We also can sell our SDK for you to develop by yourselves.

3)Is it compatible video codec- onif or Rtsp?

Ella AS: Yes, our 4G & 5G body worn camera support onvif or Rtsp.

4)Analytics- Can you offer demo for the Facial recognition/ detection?

Ella AS: by now our facial recognition SDK mainly offer to Hytera, and Hytera make their own facial recognition application.
And in Thailkand market, our customer use their own facial recognition software. Our hardwear support Facial recognition feature, for software we can offer SDK for your team to develop according to your detialed customer'demand.

5)GUI-is it have English interface?

Ella AS: Yes, our 4G body worn camera and 5G body worn camera support english interface.

6)VMS-if customer can see a demo of your Smart Eye product?

Ella AS: yes, if need our FAE will to creat a test account for your to test. We will offer you login account no and password to online test first.

If you can offer   ad-hoc remote support from your technical resources?

Ella AS: yes, our engineer can offer remote technical support.
