1. Real time video

Safety matters

The company's smart helmet is a radio transmitter and receiver. When the RF function of the smart helmet is turned on or the Bluetooth hands-free mode is turned on, the product emits low RF energy. The design and manufacture of this product does not exceed the radio frequency (RF) radiation safety limit recommended by ICNIRP (International Commission on Non Ionizing Radiation) and the radio frequency (RF) radiation safety limit adopted in the mandatory standards of the European Commission and the United States.

Specific Absorption Rate (SAR) is used to evaluate the RF energy absorbed by the human body when using electronic products. The company's smart safety helmet complies with the EC radiation standards specified in EN50360 and EN50361. For this product worn overhead, the SAR limit set by these standards is 2.0 W/kg body weight (the average value based on 10 g body weight).

The company's smart hard hat also complies with the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) standards and the SAR limit specified in 47CFR § 2.1093 and FCC OET65 Supplement C is 1.6 W/kg body weight (the average value based on 1 g body weight).

SAR is tested according to the international test guidelines, using the standard operating positions specified in the applicable standard procedures, and the test equipment needs to transmit signals within the maximum allowable range of energy in all operational frequency bands.

Getting Started

Installing the SIM card

Pull out the rubber plug identifying SIM/UIM at the bottom of the smart safety helmet, and insert the SIM card (the T card is included in the factory, so you do not need to insert the T card again)

1. Pull out the rubber plug identifying SIM/UIM at the bottom of the smart safety helmet

2. Slide the SIM card down the card holder to ensure that the missing corner of the SIM card is consistent with the card holder, and then slide the card into the card holder

3. Restore and tighten the rubber plug to ensure waterproof performance.

Installing the battery

1. Carefully unscrew the screws on the main battery compartment and open the battery compartment cover upwards.

2. According to the instructions of the battery compartment, insert the installation battery and press it forward and down.

3. Install the battery cover and tighten the screws

Before removing the battery, be sure to close the safety helmet and disconnect the charger.


Your smart safety helmet is powered by a lithium battery. To maximize the service life and charging capacity of the battery, the first battery charging must be conducted overnight. Use only batteries provided or licensed by the company. Do not charge the battery over time.

The battery can be charged in the following ways:

★ Use an AC charger (connected to a wall outlet)

★ Use Type-C cable (connected to PC)

★ Use the vehicle charger (connected to the power socket on the vehicle)

It is recommended to use the original magnetic charger to charge the smart helmet.

Connect the charger to the power supply, and then connect the Type-C cable plug to the charging hole under the protective cover under the smart safety helmet.

When the battery needs to be charged, the low battery tone will sound and the low battery message will be displayed. The smart safety helmet will automatically shut down in a short time. You may be able to turn on the machine again, but your smart helmet will not work properly until you recharge or replace the battery.

Key operation

Power on:

Press and hold the power on button under the brim for 3 seconds, and then release it. After a few seconds, the three indicator lights will light up in turn, and there will be a voice prompt "Power on, please wait". After the power on is completed, the voice prompts: "After the power on is completed, please wear it".


Press and hold the on/off button for 3 seconds, release it, press the off button again, and the helmet will give a voice prompt: "Shutdown in progress, see you next time". After a few seconds, the three indicators will go out in turn, and the shutdown is complete.


If the cap works abnormally, such as no response to the button, no data when pulling up the video, etc. Press and hold the power on key for 8 seconds, and wait for the system to be forced to restart.

Use smart safety helmet

Operation indicator

There are three work indicators under the brim, as shown in the following figure:


Network status light:

a) Green normally bright WIFI or LTE signal is good

b) Normally bright yellow WIFI or LTE signal

c) No WIFI and LTE signals are normally lit in red, or both signals do not exceed one grid

Battery status light:

Under charging state:

a) The red light is always on, and the battery power is below 10%

b) The yellow light is always on, and the battery power is between 10% - 90%

c) The green light is always on, and the battery power is more than 90%

Under working condition:

a) The green light is always on, and the battery power is above 10%

b) The red light flashes, the battery level is below 10%, and the battery level alarm

System status lamp:

a) The green constant light system is standby and normally worn

b) Yellow permanently lit system is standby but not worn

c) Red constant bright video recording

Work keys

The intelligent safety helmet has six buttons in total, which are: on/off button, SOS alarm button, photo button, video button, intercom button and flashlight button. The functions are:

On/off button

The ON/OFF button executes the startup and shutdown of the safety helmet. See the startup and shutdown on the previous page for details.

SOS alarm button

In an emergency, you can press and hold the SOS button at the lower right front of the brim for 2 seconds to give an emergency alarm. In a workplace with good wireless network coverage, after you press the alarm button, the monitoring center can find your alarm in real time.

It is recommended that you take off your hat in an emergency, and long press the SOS key to ensure that the key is correct.

Camera button

Take a photo and take a photo with one button. After the photo is taken successfully, the file is saved in the folder designated by the local TF card. When taking the photo, the voice prompts "Taking is complete". If there is no prompt tone, please check whether TF card is inserted; Whether the TF card space is insufficient; Whether TF card and other reasons are identified.

Video button

The video forensics button starts/ends video recording with one key. After the video recording is successfully started, the video file will be saved in segments to the folder designated by the local TF card. After the video recording is started, the laser light will be automatically turned on immediately and turned off 2 seconds later.

If you press the video key and the voice prompts "End recording", please check whether the TF card is inserted; Whether the TF card space is insufficient; Whether TF card and other reasons are identified.

Intercom button

If you need to have voice intercom with your team members, long press PTT key to speak, release it to end the speech, and the helmet will give voice prompt to start the intercom. By default, after pressing this key, the system will allow you and the team members set by the system to have voice intercom function, provided that your team members also press this key. This voice intercom is a full duplex intercom. It is unnecessary to press this key again during the intercom. When you finish your team member's voice communication, press this button again, you will not be able to participate in your team member's next voice intercom.

When the monitoring center has an emergency call helmet, pressing the intercom button will not close the call of the monitoring center.

Flashlight button

This key is a multiplex key: flashlight key+star key

Press and hold the flashlight button for 2 seconds to turn on/off the flashlight on the hat. In order to save energy, the flashlight will automatically turn off when the power is low (less than 10%), and it is prohibited to turn on. It can only be turned on again after the power is restored to more than 10%.

Short press the flashlight button to mark the current photographic and video evidence documents, that is, add an IMP mark to the file name, which is convenient for retrieving documents at the acquisition station. In addition, the hat supports the automatic upload of marker files to the server, and the administrator can log in to the background to access them.

Wearing tips

After the safety helmet is correctly worn, it will prompt "normal wearing". If it is not correctly worn, it will prompt "please wear it correctly".

Near current early warning prompt function

When the user is close to 220V, 380V, 10KV and 35KV AC power supply, a "beep beep" near electric alarm will be given to remind the user to stay away from the dangerous area when the smart helmet is normally worn.

This voice prompt function can be turned off/enabled by software settings.

Basic Equipment Settings

As the essence of the smart helmet is equivalent to a special Android phone without a screen, for example, if you want to set up its WiFi Internet access, SIM card APN internal APP software online upgrade and other operations, you need to use a projection software to make a Windows PC its external display screen, so that you can access the internal Android system.
